[About me]
Hello! I’m Olivia Fay.
Product Designer, UX/UI Researcher, Graphic designer
Design has always been my first language.
From childhood art classes to late-night sketching sessions, creativity has always been
my compass—and it led me to a bachelors degree in creative art. After school, I began
building a career that spanned both graphic design and skincare, working
simultaneously in both fields. As a licensed aesthetician, I specialized in skincare,
offering facial treatments, and giving product guidance. These experiences taught me
how to create not only visually impactful work, but also deeply personal, trust-based
experiences. It wasn’t just about beauty—it was about helping people feel seen, and
understood.
My Path
I pivoted away from skincare and leaned into graphic design but carried that intuitive
empathy with me—building brands, crafting digital and print campaigns, and telling
visual stories that resonate. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients like PGATour, BBC Global News, TIME, Nexstar Media …as well as independent entrepreneurs, musicians, and wellness studios. From
rebranding spas to animating rich media campaigns to designing vinyl car wraps, every
project was an opportunity to blend form and feeling.
My Evolution
As my work evolved, so did my curiosity. I didn’t just want to make things beautiful—I
wanted them to be useful, seamless, and human-centered. That led me to UX design: a
natural extension of everything I value—empathy, clarity, and problem-solving at scale.
What I Do
I design digital experiences that feel personal and purposeful.
I'm especially passionate about creating tools that support real people in real life,
especially those trying to balance productivity and self-care. My aesthetics background helps me design with sensitivity and care, while my graphic design expertise ensures
those experiences are intuitive and visually impactful.
What’s Next
This next chapter is about meaningful impact.
I’m not just designing screens—I’m designing breathing room, better flow, and digital
experiences that make life feel a little lighter and more intentional. I’m here to design a
better way forward.
Let’s build what’s next.
